Legendary Prices December 26, 2025
Three weeks are in the books now for the most stable price market we’ve seen in the legendary card space. The equilibrium continues and even has a very slight upward move.
Average Market Price Trend
The past week gave us a little bit of an uptick. The overall average market price moved from $4.43 up to $4.46 per legendary.
We’ll see if that keeps going or even holds. Given the holiday season it’s possible that many sealed boxes were given and received as gifts. A sudden flood of cards into the secondary market could cause some waves.

** Reminder that the TCGPlayer Market Price is where the TCGPlayer algorithm says the price ought to be. Above that price and a card may be overcosted. Below and you could be getting a deal. We are using the market price for the overall trend section above, however shift to lowest listed for the sections below.
Top of the Market
Queen Amidala retains her spot at the top of the list. Hero command decks continue to show a level of domination at the Planetary Qualifiers. Not expecting this to change at all in the short term. It’s also possible that post rotation some of these cards including Queen Amidala become even better relative to the other cards in the rotated Premier meta.

Check out the Market Price Snapshot to see all of the market data in one handy place. Just make sure to select the correct set from the drop down, and pick the correct toggles for rarity and variant. In addition to the legendary cards there is also data for the rares, showcases, prestige, and sealed product.
Biggest Winners
Anakin Skywalker – Champion of Mortis is the big winner by dollar amount this week with a $6.00 or over 40% jump. With 26 sales on TCGPlayer the volume is there to support the change as more than just selling out the cheapest listings. Seems clear that Anakin will be a solid card post rotation and it is possible the market is starting to account for that even more than it may have already.

Cheapest
Profundity is back on “top”. With a good 52% drop in the lowest listing price, it is solidly back to the $0.12 mark that it had previously maintained for many weeks. Will be interesting to see if it can set a new record now or just continue to track along the previous price point.
Planetary Invasion has been the leader in this category last week. Even with a decent drop in price it could not outclass the Profundity for pricing futility.
Cheapest Ever Listed Legendary = Profundity; $0.12 (10/3/25)
