Showcase Prices August 25, 2025
Many of the winners this week make a ton of sense. Others, not so much and are a little baffling.

** Regardless of price there are fun ways to get a showcase leader.
Set Averages
The Spark of Rebellion Luke and Vader seem to have roughly stabilized now. They are going to remain the top average for lowest listed simply because they are both valuable currently and there isn’t any dead weight dragging down that average.
Most of the sets stayed basically the same this week with movement of the averages only in the $1-2 range. The exception to this was Jump to Lightspeed that made a near $6 gain over the past week for its average lowest listed prices.

Current Top 10

Last week we mentioned how Sabine has been one of the few showcases to basically retain market value over a long term. This past weekend showed she’s still got it with Planetary Qualifier wins in Rochester, NY, Cherry Hill, NJ, and Rio de Janeiro. It’s very possible that Sabine jumps into the top spot over the next week as she is currently right on Vader’s heals.
Winners and Losers

Some of the winners this week make a bunch of sense…
- Admiral Trench had just a couple of sales in the $50 range, but then the next lowest listed jumped up quite a bit from there. It goes even higher still as there are only three total listings currently topping out at almost $150. Believe this is still speculation on his multiple deployments and what could be potentially coming in Secrets of Power.
- Kazuda Xiono had a remarkable week in terms of showcase sales volume with 13 total. While very fun to play and starting the week relatively on the cheap side, having no PQ wins over the weekend and what looks like just three top 8 finishes this is one to keep an eye on. Kaz could be on the verge of an aggro deck breakout, or could easily come crashing back.
- Boba Fett – Any Methods Necessary continued to rise on what looks like very solid positioning in the current meta with another two PQ wins this past weekend and a whole bunch of top 8 finishes.
Granted a some of the others don’t make sense at all…
- Jyn Erso went up just over 15% and escaped The Finn Zone.
- Nala Se jumped $7 for some reason.
- Bo-Katan might be finally getting some fan favorite love even if she is pretty non-existent in competitive play.

Qui-Gon Jinn seems like a leader with an ability that is just about almost close to being kind of good. He’s had a pretty consistent slide since he was initially released.
“The Finn Zone”
The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.
Rio retains the “top” spot in the zone this week even though he jumped 16.5%. Five weeks to go before he would tie Rose Tico’s record.
Also amazingly we can see that many of the very “most awesome” members of the zone have all gained this week. There absolutely is a price point for showcase leaders where it’s basically too cheap not to pick them up just for kicks.
The Finn Zone Records
- Longest Reign at the “Top” = Rose Tico; 8 weeks
- Lowest Showcase Price = Rose Tico; $20.00 on 8/4/25
- Largest Count of Zone Members = 23 on 7/21/25

Additional Notes and Comments
For prior price tracking of showcase and legendary cards please visit the Porg Depot Pricing Page.
Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings. The TCG site refers to this as “This price point is compiled from recent sales completed on TCGplayer.com. TCG Market Price is updated as transactions complete and reflects the best suggested retail price of a product.”
