Showcase Prices July 27, 2026

The Galactic Championship of 2026 has completed. We have some idea of how the ASH meta will look at least in the near future.

We’ll have some GC recap thoughts in another post.
Also, expect the new Twin Suns Showcase leaders to be included starting next week. Their prices are a bit wild and very likely a little high.

For now, let’s check into how showcase prices may be impacted.

Set Averages

Ashes of the Empire dropped again rather significantly. Super important to note that this is 100% expected. The set is now roughly in line with where A Lawless Time was sitting a few weeks after prices started to hit our data capture.

The next couple of weeks will be extremely informative as to the general track of ASH. Currently we’re expecting it to level out and maintain a line just below the $200 mark at least for a bit. There’s at least an outside chance of a continued slide below LAW’s line and down towards where the 2025 sets were running. With popular GC leaders in Cad Bane, Ahsoka and others, the former seems more likely.

Current Top 10

Luke Skywalker – I Can Save Him did continue to drop. With all the sealed product opened up in GC drafts and sealed pods there has to be an influx of at least the ASH leaders coming this week so we’d expect Luke to dip a bit more. He will probably stay decently above the $300 mark for quite some time.

Cad Bane – Still Faster Than You having now won the 2026 Galatic Championship is unlikely to drop much if at all. Thinking that he could stay in the $350-400 range at least in the short term. (Congrats to James on the winning run. Well done.)

Winners and Losers

Director Krennic – Amidst My Achievement remained the big winner for a second week in a row. Expecting him to drop a bit now that the GC is over and he did not post a top 8 finish.

Poor Ezra Bridger. He had a pretty high level of hype before GC 2026. We thought he was looking pretty pissed in the artwork before, but now, oh boy. With three listings currently under $100 it feels surprising to see him fall off so quickly from the hype.

“The Finn Zone”

The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.

Grand Inquisitor – Stories Travel Quickly retains the “top” spot for a sixth week. He has now tied his personal record for weeks in the command position of The Finn Zone.

Zone count is cranked up to 11 now. We’re also see a bunch more diversity in the set’s having some representation with C-3PO and Jyn Erso (SOR) joining the group.
