Showcase Prices August 18, 2025
It’s kind of a “steady as she goes” type of week. PQ results are coming now in full force, but at least so far not a ton of impact to the showcase market.

Set Averages
Generally the showcase listed prices by set are holding relatively steady although most are down slightly over the past week. Jump to Lightspeed is the only set that moved up, however being the lowest by a ton eventually something was going to help that one out.
The Luke and Vader from “SOR” also went down together. Potentially those two are falling in line with what may be a reasonable go forward price.
Current Top 10
The new Vader remains on top this week even though he saw a significant 10%+ drop. Expecting him to stay in the top ten for quite some time.
Sabine also retains some gravitas as she posted a handful of PQ top 8 finishes over the weekend. She has been one of the few showcases to basically retain market value over a long term. If the Tarkintown decks are really going to be back in full force, Sabine could be feasting on the 25 point bases and continue to rise in results and price point for the next few weeks or more.
Winners and Losers
Boba Fett – Any Methods Necessary is definitely on the move. Four PQ wins over the weekend and some additional top 8 finishes could easily be the reason. Would not be surprised to see this one continue rising, plus Boba is likely to continue to see additional play in events. Guess Triple Dark Raid wasn’t necessary to make indirect damage a powerful ability.
Luke and Vader both dropped again. Likely expected and this may put them in line with the other showcases. Would think that the Vader at least and potentially both of them hold their values over the $200 mark.
“The Finn Zone”
The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.
Rio retains the “top” spot in the zone this week. He even increased his lead slightly over Rose. Still a long ways to go to set a new record in that lofty perch as he will need another 6 weeks just to tie the record.

Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data.
