Set Averages

Mostly everything is down. Somehow Shadows of the Galaxy is the lone set to go against that trend as it sees its average finally crest back above the $100 mark.

Current Top 10

Boba Fett – Collecting the Bounty dropped a whopping whole $4 this week and remains way out in front of everything else. There was in fact a sale over the past week; Back on 6/4 a lightly played version went for about $165. Certainly a good deal unless somebody was planning to get it graded.

We still are not quite sure why some of the showcase leaders drop out their history from the weekly data pull. They do have daily data on the backend database side. Something that we are continuing to look into.

Even with the data oddness, Gar Saxon is all over the place. Three listings as of this morning. One lightly played at $130, a near mint but from a seller with no sales at $147 with the shipping plus images uploaded, and then the one at $350. Quite the spread. Absolutely a couple potential deals to be had there if somebody is will to take the risk and is looking for non-Premier leaders.

Winners and Losers

Lando – Full Sabaac has made a decent wager and gotten himself back over the $300 mark this week. As long as his resource cheating abilities don’t get him suspended he should stay somewhat close to that range for a long time.

Dedra was the largest showcase doing a bit of a walk back this week.

“The Finn Zone”

The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.

Of the top spot that is. Morgan is still quite firmly entrenched in the zone. AdmTrench however did manage to kick it into gear and get back out.

As always, keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings.
