Legendary Prices March 6, 2026
Now with 100% more LAW, although that makes some of the data funky at this early stage.
Average Market Price Trend
Cards from A Lawless Time are starting to hit TCGPlayer now. They are in presale mode but data is starting to be there all the same. Because of this we can see the start of a spike on the very right side of the chart.
It’s very possible that the spike in average market price is not as dramatic as from prior sets. This is going to be due to how early the data is hitting and not just for the biggest chase cards in the set. If the chase card data starts showing up at the same time as the less desired cards then they will balance each other out a bit.
Another factor that could tamp down the spike a bit is rotation. As much as the cards from LAW will juice things up a bit, there is going to be downwards pressure from many of the legendary cards from the 2024 sets that are no longer going to be legal in Premier and may not see play outside of Twin Suns if at all.
We’re going to work on splitting the average price chart by set year so that we can see the impact of rotation separately if possible. However, much of the movement due to rotation may be baked in at this point.

More details including all of the per set averages can be found on the Porgonomics page of the site.
** Reminder that the TCGPlayer Market Price is where the TCGPlayer algorithm says the price ought to be. Above that price and a card may be overcosted. Below and you could be getting a deal. We are using the market price for the overall trend section above, however shift to lowest listed for the sections below.
Top of the Market
Constructed Lightsaber is still near the top this week although Anakin Skywalker has leapfrogged it to take the lead for highest lowest listed standard legendary card.
The fun part is that we already see a card from A Lawless Time, The Mandolorian – Let’s See The Puck creeping onto the chart in the tenth spot. Will be interesting to see which other cards from the new set could bust into the top pricing ranks.

Check out the Market Snapshot to see all of the market data in one handy place. Just make sure to select the correct set from the drop down, and pick the correct toggles for rarity and variant. In addition to the legendary cards there is also data for the rares, showcases, prestige, and sealed product.
Biggest Winners
Of course the winner chart is a little wonky as the cards from A Lawless time go from zero to not zero within a week. This of course causes their entire value to be seen as a gain. It’s probably not worth changing our chart calculation formulas for the few weeks where this will matter, but it’s important to keep in mind. Granted the cards with the most gains tend to be the hot cards of the week, and it’s without a doubt that a new set will be hot.

Biggest Losers
Constructed Lightsaber led the pack for loses this week. Expecting that this could be simply due to its quite run up in pricing and people scurrying to get their cards listed. When there is a big influx in listings, people are generally undercutting each other to have the cheapest listing often by a few pennies. This increase in supply of course leads to a drop in prices which is standard for economics and porgonomics alike.

Cheapest Market Price
At this point we’re dropping the lowest listed legendary from the cheapest tracking. There have been plenty of anomalies of crazy cheap items getting listed. Also the shipping vs. no shipping costs throw things off a ton when a card that costs a quarter will actually end up close to two dollars. Market price is therefore the best way to track dollar value futility.
Rule With Respect is the newcomer to the group and sits in a tie with Pyrrhic Assault. Seems that it’s not a happy time to be a legendary Command event, although neither seems within striking distance of Profundity’s records.
Note: Rule With Respect is showing as $0.00 for the weeks prior to now. We’re looking into this one, but aren’t too worried about it as it’s potentially a glitch related to our recent database conversion.
- Lowest Market Price
- Profundity – We Fight!; $0.27 (2/6/26)
- Profundity – We Fight!; $0.30 (1/2/26)
