IG-88

It’s got some stats certainly.  4 cost for 9 points of total stats and a shield is cost effective.  In this aspect combination it could be decent.  It’s a shame it is not in the same color combination as the recently revealed Asajj as this could have been a good bounty hunter for her to ready and get an extra attack.

The biggest issue with IG-88 is it feels like the last card designed after a long weekend

Designer 1: “OK everyone, one more card and we can go home….IG-88”
Designer 2: “Just make him a 4 cost 6/3 shield and let’s go home.  I’m hungry.”

Kind of boring  

Arvel Skeen

He’s got some synergy with Vel.  But outside of Vel, it may just be a sideboard card if Lando or Krennic decks become meta.  The three health is particularly bad for a 3 drop, where so many have a 3/5 stat line.  Without a credit to destroy, this just dies to so many other 3 drop units and even a handful of 3 power 2 drop units while getting nothing in return.

Lost and Forgotten

Probably going to be a two of in some future, post-rotation control deck.  Control decks are losing Vanquish, Rival’s Fall, and Vigilance. They might find room for this card to give you the effect of the Vanquish, the healing of Vigilance at the cost of Rival’s Fall.  However, its inability to target leaders makes it significantly less powerful than some of the cards rotating out.  FFG has said they wanted to push the game more toward midrange and so creating weaker control cards may just be part of that plan.

Liberated Wookiee

Not sure what to make of this one.  There are other command heroism units for the same cost that are just better.  Mina Bonteri is also 2/4 and has some useful game text.  Gungi is 2/5.  There are a host of other ones with less stats but game text and may make them better.  There will also be additional units with the same stats, relevant game text, or both in whatever second aspect you might add to a deck.  Maybe there is some important wookiee synergy coming, but until then this seems like a limited format only card.
