Showcase Prices February 2, 2026

Very unlikely biggest winner after you discount anything starting with Darth. Also likely continuing to see pre-rotation impacts to the overall market.

** Regardless of price there are fun ways to get a showcase leader.

Set Averages

Leader showcases from Legends of the Force and Secrets of Power went up on average. While Jump to Lightspeed pulled back slightly after the spike last week, these moves seem to be a sign of the post rotation meta impact. People seem to be jumping on the cheaper showcase cards from the 2025 sets just in anticipation of meta impact that some of them could have. It’s either savvy speculation or people are still just rounding out sets before any large price spikes might happen.

The SOR Vader and Luke also made a crazy jump this past week. This represents just the lower listed Vaders selling through. There were four that sold under $200 in the past seven days and the current lowest listing is just a bit artificially high.

The other rather interesting thing that is happening is that the Secrets of Power leaders appear to be trending upwards at the week 14 point after release. First thought could be that the leaders in the set are solid and overall bucking the trend set by the other 2025 sets. However, it’s more likely a factor of timing with rotation coming. Without rotation SEC leaders likely would have stayed below the trend line of the other sets and continued on that path. With rotation imminent, the average for SEC could easily go above $100 relatively soon driven by a handful that could be meta contenders when A Lawless Time releases.

Current Top 10

Already talked about Darth Vader in the section above. Also Darth Revan is back with a listing again just shy of $300.

Winners and Losers

Not counting the two Darths at the top of the winner chart likely makes sense. The next one up is… Sly Moore? Five sales over the past week is impressive for a leader that does not see much if any meta contention. Axel certainly crushed the art on this one, so maybe it’s just some collectors getting in on the low listings.

General Grievous is the anomaly this week with no listings available. One thing that will be interesting is whether or not a shortage and complete sell through of some of the showcase listings will start to lead to an overall higher showcase market. Granted it could also just lead to the expected value of boxes going up, people then opening more packs, and the prices staying roughly where they are today.

“The Finn Zone”

The Grand Inquisitor unseats Rio this week. The Finn Zone also has tied its record from two months ago for fewest leaders by both percentage and total number.

The admiral count is down to one as Madame Holdo is the remaining fleet brass in the club. Could be quite some time until we see close to the record three that we got last month.

Additional Notes and Comments

For prior price tracking of showcase and legendary cards please visit the Porg Depot Pricing Page.

Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings. The TCG site refers to this as “This price point is compiled from recent sales completed on TCGplayer.com. TCG Market Price is updated as transactions complete and reflects the best suggested retail price of a product.”
