Legendary Prices November 14, 2025

The Secrets of Power pullback has begun.

Average Market Price Trend

The good news is that the legendary card market is doing what we had expected based on prior history just after set releases. Granted the bad news is also that the market is doing what we expected, and the fourth bad news is that it’s doing it very quickly.

With Legends of the Force release we saw the run up and a sizable hump in the curve that peaked about 8/1/25. Then there was a gradual decline over the next few weeks which slowed to almost a plateau after about a month.

Secrets of Power however is a dramatic spike and drop.

Looking at the per set averages we can see that while all of the sets dropped over the past week, the majority of the decline came from Secrets.

** Reminder that the TCGPlayer Market Price is where the TCGPlayer algorithm says the price ought to be. Above that price and a card may be overcosted. Below and you could be getting a deal. We are using the market price for the overall trend section above, however shift to lowest listed for the sections below.

Top of the Market

For the top of the list we checked out the Market Price Snapshot.

Last week there were a couple of Secrets cards over the $20 mark and a few more that were close. This time around we can see that the over $20 bracket is back to the same three cards we had a few weeks ago with Luke, Anakin, and Planetary Bombardment.

The Falcon remains close at least for market value and technically has a lowest listed price over $20. It’s also up over the past 7 days.

Where did all the SEC cards go? Well Queen Amidala is the top market priced legendary from SEC now at $12.88. Darth Nihilus is the only other one over $10.

Check out the Market Price Snapshot to see all of the Secrets of Power data in one handy place. Just make sure to select the correct set from the drop down, and pick the correct toggles for rarity and variant. In addition to the legendary cards there is also data for the rares, showcases, prestige, and sealed product.

Winners and Losers

Fortunately there were some of winners this week. It sure seems to help if a card’s name starts with “Darth”. Darths Sion, Traya, Vader, and Malek were all in the top ten of the winners group this week.

Losing side of the market…

Of course we are seeing many Secrets of Power cards here. This was of course expected. Darth Nihilus also seems to go against the relatively arbitrary correlation this week of Darths going up.

Cheapest

Vigil jumped 20 cents on its lowest listing so Profundity seems pretty sliding in the “top” spot of the bottom grouping for now.

Cheapest Ever Listed Legendary = Profundity; $0.12 (10/3/25)
