Happy Birthday Porg Depot

We did it.  We made it to a one year anniversary.

Our site began a year ago when SWUHarvest was going to go offline.  That site was the original location for the Get Off My Lawn series of boomer gamer rants.  We felt that content deserved to still be out in the wild and that we could also add to it.

Porg Depot has since morphed into a fun home for us to post not only silly rants, but also a spot for additional content articles, price tracking, and various useful tools such as the HyPORGeometric Calculator.

We’ve certainly had some fun over the past year…  

• Tier lists for showcase art, tokens, and more.
• March Madness for the Jump to Lightspeed prestige cards.
• A Data Vault and the Theory of Porgativity piece that made people say “huh?”
• Meeting tons of people in person at various events including the first Galactic Championship.
• Seeing the faces made with glee when handing people porg themed token cards.

Thank you to everyone engaging with our content, and to our patrons whose ongoing support ensures the continued operation of the site.

We’ve enjoyed our first year and plan to continue that momentum into year two.
