Showcase Prices June 2, 2025

Admiral Ackbar had the highest percentage gain of the week. (That’s a sentence we never expected to type.)
** Don’t forget, regardless of price there are fun ways to get a showcase leader.
Set Averages
Well everything is down again. On the plus side is that Spark, Shadows and Jump are all down marginally and at least close to where they were. Twilight had the bigger drop and has been on an overall downward slide for a number of weeks now.

Current Top 10

Can Bane jumped over Qi’ra to the $300 mark. This puts some showcase at or above that threshold again after a very brief one week with one in that lofty range.
Leia was the highest cost showcase last week. While she hardly changed with a fraction of a percent drop, she has been bumped down to third.
Winners and Losers

Is it a trap or not? Ackbar moved up by almost $25 with an over 40% gain on the week. This comes after a decent stretch of being squarely in The Finn Zone. Solid placing at a number of events will do that for a leader. We’ll see if he sticks around as meta relevant or if another sub-par leader becomes the meme flavor of the moment.

The Mandalorian dropped back down to Earth a bit. This is entirely due to new lower listings and no sales. The prior TCGPlayer sale of one of these came back on May 21.
The Red Baron, Major Vonreg, is a leader we don’t talk about much. He’s been relatively stable after the initial release spike, albeit at a relatively low price point. Even with a couple sales recently in the $60 range, he has now dropped below that and is squarely in The Finn Zone.

“The Finn Zone”
The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.

Rio Durant maintains the honor of being the cheapest showcase for a third week in a row. Still quite a way to go (5 more weeks) to set a new record in this category.
The group did reduce by two as both Ackbar and Han Solo – Never Tell Me the Odds managed to escape this week.
Additional Notes and Comments
For prior price tracking of showcase and legendary cards please visit the Porg Depot Pricing Page.
Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings. The TCG site refers to this as “This price point is compiled from recent sales completed on TCGplayer.com. TCG Market Price is updated as transactions complete and reflects the best suggested retail price of a product.”
