Showcase Prices May 26, 2025

The Minnesota Regional Qualifier had a pretty healthy top eight meta this past weekend. However the winner and finalist leaders didn’t have much of an impact yet to prices.
** Don’t forget, regardless of price there are fun ways to get a showcase leader.
Set Averages
Showcases in every set are down from last week. Been some time since there was zero good news on the set average side of things. That’s just what we are looking at currently and Walter Porgkite would want us reporting the fact and not sugar coating anything.

Current Top 10

Qi’ra fell out of the top spot this week and also below the $300 mark. This is the first time since March 24th that there has not been a showcase leader above that threshold.
Leia is now the most pricey showcase leader to go and grab today. This one remains a little odd since Leia has never been a top meta contender. Checking her price history since we’ve been tracking it at Porg Depot shows she has stayed very high in price point hovering in the high $200’s since the beginning of the year. She’s got some very solid artwork and of course is an original trilogy main character, but it seems a little odd that straight collectibility factor is the thing keeping her buoyed up at the top.

Winners and Losers

The top ten gainers for the week are in fact the only gainers for the week. Stretching the list down to the next spot would show us eleven leaders all tied for eleventh place with no change since last week.
The Mandalorian as the top gain on the week vaulting from $190 to nearly $250 is interesting for a leader not played much in high level competition. There is one listed for $200 currently as lightly played and could be a bargain if you are willing to take a little risk on the condition side of things.

Minnesota Regional finals had Qi’ra defeating Cad Bane. Those two are numbers one and three on the showcase leaders that dropped this week. Make that make some sense. Theoretically the win and second place finish will boost those two over the next couple of weeks as a trailing indicator, but the coincidence at least for this week seems backwards.
“The Finn Zone”
The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.

Rio Durant maintains the honor of being the cheapest showcase for a second week in a row. Still quite a way to go (6 more weeks) to set a new record in this category.
The group also expanded by two as IG-88 and Lando – With Impeccable Taste join the party.
Additional Notes and Comments
For prior price tracking of showcase and legendary cards please visit the Porg Depot Pricing Page.
Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings. The TCG site refers to this as “This price point is compiled from recent sales completed on TCGplayer.com. TCG Market Price is updated as transactions complete and reflects the best suggested retail price of a product.”
