March Madness Villain Round One Results

The first round of the Villain side bracket has wrapped up, and the carnage is real. Some matchups were closer than expected, others were outright dominations, but in the end, only eight villain ships remain. Let’s break down the destruction:

Corvus over The Invisible Hand (35-30)

This one went down to the wire, but in the end, the sleek Imperial Raider outmaneuvered Grievous’s flagship. The Invisible Hand has finally lost its grip.

Devastator over Annihilator (42-22)

This was never close. Vader’s personal Star Destroyer devastated its opponent, proving that a Sith Lord beats a catchy name every time.

Chimaera over Executor (39-21)

The Executor may be massive, but it turns out tactics beat tonnage. Thrawn’s Chimaera outplayed its competition, sending the Empire’s most infamous Super Star Destroyer crashing out of the bracket.

Vonreg’s TIE Interceptor over Hound’s Tooth (32-28)

A bounty hunter’s armor versus a First Order ace’s precision. Speed won the day, as Vonreg’s high-performance interceptor slipped past Hound’s Tooth in a tight race.

Mist Hunter over Rampart (39-19)

The bounty hunters get their revenge. Rampart’s Inquisitorial reach wasn’t enough to hold down Zuckuss and 4-LOM, as the Mist Hunter hunted down the win with ease.

Fett’s Firespray over Victor Leader (37-21)

Fett does what Fett does. The infamous Firespray put Victor Leader in its sights and didn’t miss. A strong showing for the bounty hunter’s ride.

Shuttle ST-149 over Invincible (36-23)

The transport somehow outlasted a battleship, proving that even the biggest war machines aren’t truly invincible.

IG-2000 over Radiant VII (34-23)

The Radiant VII barely survived the last round, and this time, there was no escape. IG-88’s lethal assault ship finished the job, sending the consular ship to the scrap heap.
