March Madness Hero Round One Results

The first round of the Hero side bracket is complete, and the voters have spoken. Some ships soared, some sputtered, and a few matchups were never even close. The Top 16 is taking shape, and the competition is only getting tougher from here. Let’s break it down:

Blue Leader over Red Leader (46-14)

A dominant performance from a hero of Scarif. Red Leader may have history, but Blue Leader proved that in this bracket, strategy and squad coordination win the day.

Home One over Raddus (41-19)

The flagship battle ended with a clear victor. Raddus may have pulled off one of the boldest plays in Rebellion history, but when it comes to the long game, Ackbar’s command ship holds the advantage.

Tantive IV over The Ghost (34-26)

A close one, but the ship that started it all moves on. The Ghost put up a fight, but in the end, the Rebellion’s original blockade runner outran the competition.

Sabine’s Masterpiece over Red Five (36-25)

The classic X-wing falls to the power of creativity. Sabine’s custom fighter turned heads and took votes, sending Red Five into hyperspace retirement earlier than expected.

Profundity over Phantom II (43-17)

No contest here. The ship that helped deliver the Death Star plans crushed its tiny opponent, proving once again that when the stakes are highest, Profundity delivers.

Black One over Fireball (45-14)

Poe’s elite starfighter outperformed Kaz’s barely-held-together racer, securing its place in the next round with ease.

Millennium Falcon over Gold Leader (44-16)

Falcon vs. Falcon, but with different pilots. Han won the legendary YT-1300 playing cards, and the version of the card with him piloting moves ahead to the next round.

Razor Crest over Shuttle Tydirium (38-18)

The Crest stays in the fight. The Rebels may have stolen the Shuttle Tydirium to infiltrate Endor, but against Mando’s battle-tested gunship, the sneaky option just wasn’t enough.
