JTL Porg Values So Far

Calculated Porg Value = 0.25

Piloting is a bit tricky to calculate currently, but we’ve made some initial stab at the value gained in flexibility on this type of keyword. One thing that could bump up his Porg Value is when using the newly unveiled Wedge leader. Reducing his cost to 0 increases his value to 0.75 Porgs. With all the costs associated with being independent in this galaxy, it can be a struggle to reach 1 whole Porg. Keep working buddy!

Calculated Porg Value = 3.00

The new Devastator is actually a bit under the stat curve and worth -1.00 Porgs without its game text. The indirect damage bumps it ups bit and gets it to 0 Porgs. We feel like this should get a 3 point bonus for being able to turn that indirect damage into direct damage, considering Open Fire costs 3 and can’t target a base. That could be even more once we get to play with it. For now we load this capital ship up with 3 Porgs.

Calculated Porg Value = 1.00

We had to be convinced not to deduct points because of the constant whining, but to be fair, he’s actually not a bad card. His stats and Pilot ability alone give him a 0.5. Add on the flexibility of being able to bounce him to reuse or protect him and we think he’s worth a solid 1 Porg.

Calculated Porg Value = 0.00 (-2.00 without factoring in X-Wing stats)

Units that create other units are interesting from the value side. Just playing this card gets a second unit with the additional 2/2 stats. If you were to play him out with Energy Conversion Lab it goes up even more. Playable? Yet to be determined, but certainly a value card from initial look.
