Legendary Prices May 15, 2026
You want good news? Stop reading and wait for Monday when the Ashes of the Empire previews start rolling in.
Average Market Price Trend
The slide continues this week.
A potential bright spot is that the overall standard legendary price average is still a bit above where it was during the Secrets of Power of December 2025 through February 2026.

2024 sets continue their long, slow decline in the post first rotation era.
2025 sets are still roughly stable for now.
2026 sets (aka just A Lawless Time currently) seem to be the primary reason for the recent decline.
Why is A Lawless Time such a culprit here when the set itself has been largely applauded as being a success for both Premier and limited formats?
The easiest answer is simply more and more product is getting opened each week. Without an increasing player base to continue to pump up demand, the extra available cards on the market will just drive prices down.
That isn’t to say that the player base is not increasing. To the contrary, believe that there are more and more people finding this game as evidenced by new player posts in various online forums looking for advice as to what spotlight deck to start with or which leaders may fit their play style from other games. We also see a steady amount of hits on the Garbage Roller’s New Player Guide.

Don’t forget our Card Price History tool if you want to see data for a single card over time.
Plus full pricing details including all of the per set averages can be found on the Porgonomics page of the site.
** Reminder that the TCGPlayer Market Price is where the TCGPlayer algorithm says the price ought to be. Above that price and a card may be overcosted. Below and you could be getting a deal. We are using the market price for the overall trend section above, however shift to lowest listed for the sections below.
Top of the Market
Liberty dropped quite a bit this week both by dollar amount ($4.50) and percentage (almost 11%). Attributed to the same reasons as LAW in general dropping, but also there are decks that are figuring out how to handle Lando Lake Country. There is very likely a floor for Liberty somewhere in the low $30’s given that it’s a very good card on its own regardless of leader and base, it is a tremendous top end in the Cunning Hero aspect combo, and it will be around for almost two more years before it heads out to Eternal pasture.

If you are interested in a top list of simply the newest legendary cards from A Lawless Time, here you go. Last week there were a few cards in the $20 range. Unfortunately now we just have Single Reactor Ignition in that realm plus a bunch in the teens.

Biggest Winners
The Legacy Run is at the top of the list this week on the winner side. We don’t always mention, but if you are into it there are a couple lightly played hyperspace ones available at the time of writing this that are not much more plus some near mint only slightly higher as well.
Also not super meta relevant for Premier, but it is nice to see an old favorite like The Darksaber popping up on the winner list even though the price point is a sliver of its former glory days.

Biggest Losers
Already mentioned Liberty above.
Interesting to see a card like The Stranger dropping over $4 on the week especially when a deck like Talzin Cunning may be gaining in popularity.

Cheapest Market Price
Rule With Respect keeps rocking it out with a ninth week in a row in the “top” spot. It better watch out though since a gain of a penny has Planetary Invasion right on its heals.
- Lowest Market Price
- Profundity – We Fight!; $0.27 (2/6/26)
