Showcase Prices March 23, 2026
Pretty good time to be a showcase named Fett. Also not bad to be a leader from LAW.
Don’t Forget…

** Regardless of price there are fun ways to get a showcase leader.
Set Averages
This has been a relatively stable week. No showcase average for any set moved up or down more than a $10 swing. Most were even within a $5 margin of the prior week.

Some crazy good news for the newest set…
For the 2025 sets finishing out a third week of price tracking meant a drop in average lowest listed value on TCGPlayer. A Lawless Time, as maybe makes sense given the name of the set, is breaking the rules. Well technically it did still drop, but hardly at all, which to this point is a bit unheard of at least since Porg Depot started capturing data.
Why is this happening?
Many theories floating around to answer this question. For starters the leaders of the newest set are just generally better overall than the past few. There are also rumblings of some stores having sold through their stock which could mean just generally higher demand, or the print run could have been smaller, or both. Rotation may also be playing a factor here and with the 2024 leaders out of Premier people are gobbling up those that will be playable for a solid two year run. Another factor could be the update to showcase drop rate in Carbonite boxes changing from 1 in 20 to now be 1 in 48 packs.
In any case this is a good thing to see. Card, especially the top end chase cards, holding their value is good. It could help draw additional collectors into the game which would increase demand, help out not only FFG but the local stores selling the product, and propel the game into the next few years.

Current Top 10
Boba Fett – Collecting the Bounty was very high last week at just shy of $500. Well, we blinked and he’s now nearly $600. Of course the listing prices don’t mean actual sales and the last two transactions were in the $190’s. There was a sale for $592.97 back on March 9, but at least for the moment that seems like an anomaly.
The other story here is the impressive price for the new Lando Calrissian leader. He too is now over $300 at the time of our data pull early this morning. As of this writing there are no actual listings for him with the last bunch of sales at $300, $300, and $325. Doesn’t hurt that it was a Lando vs. Lando in the finals of the Top Deck Games and Maclunky Gaming Cantina Clash event.

Winners and Losers
Jango Fett and Boba Fett at the top of the winner charts makes a ton of sense given that Eternal format is officially a thing now. Note: The gain on Jango is something we are looking into as it likely did have listings last week. We will make some tweaks to our formulas moving forward so that going from NA to some number doesn’t count as a big gain.

Poor Jyn Erso. Going into the release of A Lawless Time she was a solid choice for top meta contender on the back of drawing cards herself, Chio Fain, and Aggressive Negotiations. Going to hurt her prospects with not showing up in the top 8 of this past weekend’s Cantina Clash, or the prior week’s Nexus Open and Nexus Invitational.

“The Finn Zone”

The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.
Rose Tico loses her top spot in the zone this week to Grand Inquisitor.
Rio and Rey – Nobody managed to take a hiatus from this illustrious group this week. This brings our total members down to 6 which ties the all time low by count and sets a new record for all time low by percentage of leaders.
Still no leaders from A Lawless Time making camp yet. As mentioned above LAW is bucking some trends. Give it time though and we’re sure that somebody will be on House Hunters: Finn Zone pretty soon.

Additional Notes and Comments
For prior price tracking of showcase and legendary cards please visit the Porg Depot Pricing Page.
Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings. The TCG site refers to this as “This price point is compiled from recent sales completed on TCGplayer.com. TCG Market Price is updated as transactions complete and reflects the best suggested retail price of a product.”
