Legendary Prices October 24, 2025
Two weeks ago, precipitous drop. This week, yup, more of the same.

** Yes, we have some Patron only stuff. We are not getting rich off of this site. Mainly trying to cover website and free swag giveaway costs. Ultimately if we could afford commissioned art that’d be cool too.
Average Market Price Trend
The bottoming out call from two weeks ago was obviously premature at this point. Last week and this past one saw a very steep decline not seen since the initial spike and subsequent drop when Legends of the Force was released.
The maybe ok news is that the last couple of days have seen the drop slow down just slightly.
Will be very interesting to see what happens as Secrets of Power releases. There have been widely varying opinions on the power level and playability of the upcoming legendary cards from that set. Have also heard some rumblings that the pre-orders for the new set are a bit less than prior ones. Absolutely going to see some upcoming interesting supply-demand push and pull with less product getting opened but with less desirable cards.

** Reminder that the TCGPlayer Market Price is where the TCGPlayer algorithm says the price ought to be. Above that price and a card may be overcosted. Below and you could be getting a deal. We are using the market price for the overall trend section above, however shift to lowest listed for the sections below.
Top of the Market
Anakin Skywalker – Champion of Mortis,
Luke Skywalker – Jedi Knight,
and Planetary Bombardment
…still the only legendary standard cards above $20 at this point.
Runner up in fourth place this week is Darth Vader – Twilight of the Apprentice. Millennium Falcon – Piece of Junk dropped to $16.38 and the fifth spot.

If you really want to see all the Legendary cards including the hyperspace variants at the top of the charts, just click over to our Market Price Snapshot which is updated daily. (*Note that there will be slight differences on the day of this post just due to the timing of the data pulls.)
Winners and Losers
Kylo’s TIE Silencer was the biggest loser last week dropping by over half. This week it’s the biggest winner. Unfortunately the gains did not come close to replacing the prior losses.

Losing side of the market…
Not sure there is any pattern in the losses from the last week. Potentially it’s all just precursor to a new set getting released. A bunch of the top loser cards are from sets that will be rotating out early next year, but with ~5 months remaining of playability it’s wild to thing that highly playable cards would start a sell off so soon, especially when there could be PQ/SQ/RQ eternal format.

Cheapest
Profundity is keeping the streak going. Its lowest listed is at $0.12 for the fourth week running.
Cheapest Ever Listed Legendary = Profundity; $0.12 (10/3/25)
