Showcase Prices October 13, 2025
Generally things are trending downward in the showcase market. Unlikely that the Philly limited event will have any impact on things, but perhaps Bilbao will.

** Regardless of price there are fun ways to get a showcase leader.
Set Averages
Most of the sets are down again this week. The lone exception being Jump to Lightspeed which had its average go up very slightly.

Current Top 10

With only seven leaders still sporting lowest listed prices over the $200 mark, Cad Bane dropped back just a touch more for the second week in a row but retains his spot as the most expensive listed showcase leader.
Winners and Losers

Boba Fett – Any Methods Necessary was the biggest gainer for the week and has nearly made it into the $200+ range. He is shaping up to remain a meta contender with the release of Secrets of Power and could be even more formidable when rotation hits early next year.

Chancellor Palpatine dropped pretty massively this week. Some of this is just due to a low listing that is $23 cheaper than the next listing. However, even not factoring that low listing in, the Chancellor would still have been the biggest loser for the week by a decent margin.
Sabine Wren is also worth noting on the downside this week. There seem to be quite a few anti aggro cards coming in Secrets of Power and potentially nothing great to add to her recently viable lists.
“The Finn Zone”
The cards in this part of the list have left the meta. They are on a journey to a mysterious realm of disappointment, like a bad Twilight Zone episode where every card is just… meh. This is now officially where all disappointing Star Wars: Unlimited showcase cards go to live in eternal mediocrity. If a card dips below Finn in value, it has entered The Finn Zone, a place where underwhelming abilities and missed potential reign supreme.
Rio broke the record last week and now extends his streak as the cheapest showcase leader on TCGPlayer. He has now racked up 10 weeks in a row with the dubious crown.
How long can he keep his run going? Logic says he can go for quite some time.
While Rio has been stable for the past few weeks, it will also be interesting to see if he can take a run at the lowest listed ever that Rose set back on August 4.
The Finn Zone Records
- Longest Reign at the “Top” = Rio Durant; 10 weeks
- Runner up = Rose Tico; 8 weeks
- Lowest Showcase Price = Rose Tico; $20.00 on 8/4/25
- Largest Count of Zone Members = 23 on 7/21/25 (23/90 = 25.5%)
- Smallest Count of Zone Members = 14 on 9/8/25 (14/90 = 15.5%)

Additional Notes and Comments
For prior price tracking of showcase and legendary cards please visit the Porg Depot Pricing Page.
Keep in mind that all showcase cards are relatively low volume in sales when compared to Legendary and Rare cards. A single listing and sale could skew some of this data. TCGPlayer tries to compensate for this by listing a “Market Price” in addition to the actual price of available listings. The TCG site refers to this as “This price point is compiled from recent sales completed on TCGplayer.com. TCG Market Price is updated as transactions complete and reflects the best suggested retail price of a product.”
